I LOVE MISSION is an exciting new community-wide campaign in Mission on through December to encourage Mission residents to shop, eat, buy and support all categories of local businesses during this difficult time of the coronavirus restrictions and then through the rest of this year by continuing support during the gradual re-opening of businesses in Mission when the time comes.

The I LOVE MISSION program is unique and has several valuable educational programs for business owners and staff and also several marketing opportunities. These online platforms are for retailers, restaurants, home-based businesses, manufacturers, and professional service providers.  There are three main goals:

  1. Provide free online educational training for the business community
  2. Create an identifiable brand and marketing campaign
  3. Provide a central location online to access all Covid-19 related support and information to the residential community.

The new webpage for I LOVE MISSION is at the District’s website and there are guidebooks available as well as pins and window decals for residents and businesses to proudly display and wear.


The Mission Regional Chamber of Commerce has several upcoming FREE virtual online training sessions already on the calendar. Visit their website and register for one or all of them that are coming up through to June.


As a partner, The Junction Shopping Centre joined local organizations and media to develop the I LOVE MISSION campaign on behalf of the City of Mission.   As a retail shopping destination, it was a privilege for The Junction to support the encouragement of residents to buy locally within all aspects of our lives including daily and long-term purchases.
