Canada Day – We had Fun at The Junction
Despite the morning rain and chilly wind, we had a lot of fun with Mrs. Picasso on the Plaza and the bouncy ride and carnival games at The Junction on Canada Day, Sunday July 1st. Mr. Beaver and the Minion also wandered around to take photos and visit with kids of all ages.
Thank you to everyone who visited The Junction on Canada Day.

Old Car Show on Father’s Day
As a sponsor of summer events with the District of Mission, The Junction Shopping Centre was very pleased to participate in the recent Old Car Show at Heritage Park on Father’s Day, June 17th and attended by what looked to be well over 800 fabulous vehicles.
The Junction’s AWARD for MOST FAMILY FRIENDLY vehicle(s) registered at the Old Car Show was awarded to Murray and his family for their 1955 Chevrolet Belair (gorgeous car) pulling a matching Boler trailer, a complete set outfitted to take the family anywhere and shopping any time.
Our judges were duly impressed and on behalf of the retailers at The Junction, we were pleased to award Murray our inaugural prestigious award at this year’s Old Car Show event, organized and a fundraising day for the Firefighters with many community partners.
Congratulations to Murray and his ‘fabulous family-friendly’ adventure on wheels and congratulations to all the owners of these treasured cars, trucks and rods that came out to enjoy a wonderful day in Mission.
