Charity and Event Application

The Junction Shopping Centre welcomes non-profit and charitable organizations to The Junction for the purposes of fundraising.  To request space, please fill out the NON-PROFIT/CHARITY & EVENT APPLICATION FORM and email, fax or mail a detailed letter and completed FORM outlining your organization, the purpose of being at The Junction, a first choice and a second choice of dates requested, and your equipment you are providing and/or requirements.  Your letter must be on organization letterhead.  Please include your charity’s number.  Fax or email your request to Avison Young, Property Management to the following:

All requests must be in writing or email.  A contract and certificate of insurance are required to approve and complete your booking.  Please allow a minimum of ONE-month advance notice for any booking requests.
